By using Emergency Tyre France services, you agree to these terms. Our mobile tire services are provided on an as-requested basis, subject to technician availability and service area coverage.

Secure Payment Link Only
After speaking with you by phone, our technician will send you a secure payment link via SMS or email. This is the only payment method we accept. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
All prices include applicable VAT. Additional surcharges may apply for night service, weekends, holidays, or remote locations as specified in our pricing.
You may cancel your service request at any time before the technician is dispatched. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply based on the technician's travel time and distance.
All tire repairs and installations are covered by our service warranty. Tire manufacturer warranties apply to new tires purchased through our service. We guarantee workmanship and will address any service-related issues at no additional charge.
Emergency Tyre France carries professional liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or issues unrelated to our tire services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
